Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know, all in one place.
Once you are approved for a prescription, it typically takes 3 - 5 business days for the pharmacy to fulfill your prescription and ship it. Once shipped, it generally takes 2 - 4 business days to arrive.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
All of these prescriptions are custom made and made to order and are not a sitting prescription. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
You can also find the status of your order in your Cake Meds dashboard.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Continue readingIf you previously purchased a one time order, you'll need to click on "+Add refill" on the main page of your dashboard.
If you had previously purchased a subscription, you can can go to the Manage subscriptions section of your dashboard. Find your subscription and click on the Buy Again button. You'll also be able to change the frequency or add more to your order.
Once you've completed these steps be on the look out for email confirmations.
Continue readingYou can delay your renewal date by 2 weeks or 4 weeks directly in your account.
1) Login to your dashboard and head to the Manage Subscriptions section.
2) Click Manage Prescription and there you will see buttons for "Delay 2 Weeks" and "Delay 4 Weeks." If you end up needing more, you can always restart by clicking Resume Subscription in the Manage Subscriptions section.

Continue readingWe currently offer monthly, 3-month, and 6-month renewal frequencies. You'll receive all medication for that duration at once. These cannot be spaced out.
To change the frequency of your subscription would require selecting a new prescription and canceling your current one. You can do all of this in your account!
To cancel your current subscription, in your dashboard head to the Manage Subscriptions section and click the Manage Prescription and there you will see the Cancel Subscription button.
Once that is completed you would click on "+Add new prescriptions" on the homepage of your dashboard. You will need to fill out a new form and select a new subscription frequency.
Once you've completed these steps be on the look out for email confirmations.

To cancel your current subscription, in your dashboard head to the Manage Subscriptions section and click the Manage Prescription and there you will see the Cancel Subscription button.
Once that is completed you would click on "+Add new prescriptions" on the homepage of your dashboard. You will need to fill out a new form and select your new amount in the How many uses per month do you anticipate? section of the form.

Continue readingChanging your prescription strength will require you to fill out a new intake form. Since our different medications have different costs, your doctor will not be able to automatically change your prescription for you. You can absolutely consult with them beforehand, but in order to make it official, you will need to submit a new form.
To change the strength of your subscription would require selecting a new prescription and canceling your current one. You can do all of this in your account!
To cancel your current subscription, in your dashboard head to the Manage Subscriptions section and click the Manage Prescription and there you will see the Cancel Subscription button.

Continue readingYes! You can cancel your subscription at any time.
1) In your dashboard, click on Manage subscriptions.
2) Locate the prescription you'd like to cancel and click Manage prescription.
3) From here you can click on Cancel subscription.
Please note canceling your subscription does not cancel any shipments that have already renewed. If you need a shipment canceled, please reach out to us via our Contact Us form or email us at meds@hellocale.com.
When you're ready to for more, you can head back to your prescription and click Buy Again.
